SolarCoat Solutions is a solar coating company dedicated to improving the efficiency of large solar panel arrays. We apply advanced anti-reflective and anti-soiling coatings to panels already installed in the field. Our work relies on hardworking seasonal crews and local labor.
Job Description:
We’re hiring General Laborers to support our coating process in the field starting April 29th. This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door with a company that values quality, consistency, and teamwork.
Duties Include:

Walking with and monitoring the coating machine to ensure it runs smoothly

Moving the machine between rows with a partner

Checking quality and fluid levels

Assisting with site cleaning and machine maintenance

Transporting water and pulling hoses

Supporting the overall efficiency of field operations
What We’re Looking For:

Dependable workers who can be on-site Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:30 PM

Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet

Able to lift, move, and work in a physically active role

Detail-oriented and safety-conscious
-
No prior experience needed—just a good attitude and willingness to learn
Compensation:
