-Process weekly timecards and weekly production sheets, vacation requests, attendance reports and other H.R. duties as required. Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
-Assist in the preparation of expense reports and regularly scheduled reports.
-Print pick lists, release Production Orders.
-Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
-Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
-Creates agendas and takes meeting notes. Arranges meetings by scheduling appropriate meeting times, booking rooms, and planning refreshments.
-Book travel arrangements and organize company events as required.
-Manage janitorial duties, maintain showroom and reception area (organize, cleanliness, brochures, etc.) as well as coordinate repairs to office equipment.
