Job Full Description
Express Employment Professionals Conway AR is hiring now for an Receptionist for a property management company in Conway. Pay will be $18/hr DOE to start with opportunity for growth. This is a full time opportunity and the shift is Monday -Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
Job Duties
- Answer large volume of incoming calls and greet walk-ins as needed
- Process and maintain appropriate forms and paperwork
- Process all applications and diligently screen applicants
- Know and understand lease agreement, HUD codes, and other laws and ordinances affecting the marketing and leasing of the property
Requirements
- Previous work in property management or housing is required
- Strong clerical background
- Experience with rural development and tax credits highly preferred
