Job Full Description
Express Employment Professionals Conway AR is hiring now for an Apartment Maintenance. Pay will be dependent on experience.
Job Duties
- Manage and coordinate maintenance crew and equipment logistics operations, staffing and training functions.
- Coordinate and install, inspect, repair, and maintain the electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and HVAC.
- Maintain grass areas as well as painting, replacing cabinets, toilet fixtures, light bulbs as well as light fixtures.
- Maintain cleanliness on property grounds.
- Repair appliances and light electrical repair, including outlets and switches, some wiring. Repair refrigerators, stoves, microwaves, garbage disposers.
- Schedule and track service requests, aiding with service request issues; troubleshoot, when applicable.
- Maintain the overall upkeep, as it pertains to plumbing, electrical, painting heating, air conditioning and appliance repair.
Requirements
- 1 or more years supervisory experience
- HVAC License
- Driver’s License
- Clean Background
