Job Full Description
We are looking for an organized and proactive Administrative Assistant with hands-on experience using Microsoft Access. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support across multiple departments while also managing and maintaining our Access databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative duties, including answering phones, scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and filing documents.
- Create, update, and maintain Microsoft Access databases.
- Generate reports and queries in Access to support departmental decision-making.
- Assist in data entry, tracking, and maintaining records and documentation.
- Support internal teams with special projects and other clerical tasks as needed.
- Ensure all data is accurate, secure, and confidential.
- Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal staff to streamline office operations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Access.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.
- Familiarity with additional software (e.g., Excel, SharePoint, CRM systems) is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
