Job Duties
- Must be able to communicate with the crew to maintain a SAFE work environmnent
- Must perform ground level tasks: hauling branches and debris, perform basic equipment maintenance, support the climbers in every way possible
- Must be able to work in the elements: hot, cold, humid, dry, wet and through weather conditions. Work site could be dusty and dirty
- Must be able to lift and bend throughout the day
Requirements
- Candidate must have experience with groundskeeping
- Ability to take initiative and lead by example
- Ability to communicate clearly
