EXPRESS IS LOOKING FOR A 2nd SHIFT WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR!!
Summary:
Oversees daily operations of the injection molding department, ensuring safety, quality, and production goals are met. Directly supervises 15–30 employees while promoting a clean, efficient, and team-oriented work environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Plan and coordinate production schedules and priorities.

Monitor equipment setup, production quality, and performance.

Supervise, train, and evaluate team members; address performance issues.

Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and housekeeping standards.

Collaborate with maintenance and management to resolve operational issues.

Maintain accurate production and personnel records.
Requirements:
-
Associate degree or equivalent experience.
-
3–5 years of supervisory experience in injection molding.
-
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in a manufacturing environment.
SCHEDULE: M-F, 3 - 11 PM, occasional weekends.
The rate of pay will be between $50K and $60K per year
