Job Title: General Laborer 1st Shift
Location: Greenwood, AR
Schedule: Monday–Thursday 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM, with Fridays and Saturdays as needed
Pay: $18/hour starting
Position Overview:
We are seeking a hands-on Shop Associate. In this role, you will work directly in the shop environment performing the following:
- Perform hands-on tasks in the shop, including equipment setup, saw operation, forklift operation, deburring, and assembly of custom metal chucks.
- Operate hoists and drills safely and efficiently.
- Accurately measure materials using tape measures to ensure precise fabrication.
Physical Requirements:
- Lift up to 50 lbs
- Walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping as needed
Equipment Used:
- Tape measures, hand tools, power tools, forklifts, grinders
Qualifications:
- Must have steel-toed boots
- Must have clean BG and Proof of HS Diploma
- Ability to follow safety protocols in a shop environment
- Experience with metal fabrication, machinery, or forklift operation is preferred
