Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Service Helper to assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of water well systems. This is a hands-on role that involves working outdoors in various conditions, supporting technicians, and ensuring quality service to our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with water well installation, maintenance, and repair
- Handle tools, materials, and equipment as directed by the lead technician
- Perform general labor tasks, including digging, lifting, and moving materials
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow safety protocols and company procedures
- Work collaboratively with the team to complete jobs efficiently
Requirements:
- Experience in construction, plumbing, or electrical preferred
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and work in outdoor conditions
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Valid driver’s license preferred
