Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Technician
Location: Texarkana, AR
Pay: $28 per hour
Schedule: Sunday-Thursday, 3:00PM - 11:30PM

Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and dependable Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our operations in Texarkana, AR. This role is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining plant equipment and systems to ensure continuous and safe operations. The ideal candidate has strong technical knowledge across mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems and thrives in a fast-paced industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot and resolve plant operational issues promptly and efficiently.

Complete assigned plant work orders and repairs independently.

Lead maintenance and support technical engineering projects as needed.

Operate, maintain, and repair compressed air systems and electronic, pneumatic, and automation control systems.

Maintain and service chemical and specialty gas dispense systems.

Perform routine plant rounds and complete all operating logs accurately.

Climb ladders and work on elevated platforms when required.

Perform maintenance and repairs on hydraulic systems, gas and diesel engines, plumbing, and electrical components.

Use a variety of tools, testers, and gauges to diagnose and repair systems.

Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.

Follow all safety procedures and meet project deadlines consistently.
Qualifications:
-
Previous experience in industrial maintenance or a related field required.

Working knowledge of compressed air systems, control systems, and mechanical/electrical maintenance.

Basic understanding of plumbing, hydraulics, and engine repair.

Ability to pass a drug screen and physical.

Ability to follow precise instructions and maintain attention to detail.

Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.

Capable of working independently and meeting tight deadlines.
