Job Title: Finish Dozer Operator
Location: New Boston, TX
Pay: $20 - $25 per hour (Based on Experience)
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Finish Dozer Operator to join our construction team in New Boston, TX. This position is responsible for operating a dozer with precision to complete finish grading and final site preparation. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience and a strong understanding of terrain grading and slope finishing. GPS experience is preferred.
Responsibilities:

Operate a dozer to perform finish grading, shaping, and backfilling tasks

Read and interpret site plans and grade specifications

Perform daily equipment inspections and routine maintenance

Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Collaborate with site supervisors and other equipment operators

Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards
Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience as a finish dozer operator

Proficient in fine grading and slope work

GPS equipment experience preferred

Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
