Schedule: Monday – Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitor to join our team at a manufacturing facility in Hope, AR. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order throughout the building to ensure a safe and sanitary work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors throughout the facility
- Empty trash bins and dispose of waste in designated areas
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and common areas
- Refill soap, paper products, and cleaning supplies as needed
- Maintain inventory of cleaning materials and notify supervisor when supplies are low
- Follow all safety protocols while using cleaning equipment and chemicals
- Perform other general cleaning duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Previous janitorial or custodial experience preferred, especially in an industrial or manufacturing setting
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Self-motivated with strong attention to detail
- Dependable and able to work independently
