Key Responsibilities:

Operate press machinery in accordance with standard operating procedures and safety protocols

Load materials into the press and ensure proper alignment and function

Monitor machines for performance issues, jams, or quality concerns

Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality

Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment

Complete production reports and documentation as required

Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
Qualifications:

Previous experience operating press machines or similar equipment preferred

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed

Good communication skills and a positive attitude
