Job Description:
We are seeking a Finishing Operator to join a production team in Texarkana, AR. This position plays a key role in ensuring product quality by operating finishing equipment, inspecting for defects, and making necessary adjustments. Key Responsibilities:
- Operate finishing equipment safely and efficiently
- Load product into machine and ensure proper alignment
- Monitor the machine throughout the process to ensure smooth operation
- Inspect final product for quality and defects
- Perform minor adjustments and maintenance as needed
- Communicate issues or irregularities with the supervisor
