Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Product Development Associate to join our team in Texarkana, TX. This role is critical to ensuring efficient production workflow and supporting the daily operations of our manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Utilize SigmaNEST software to organize and prepare production workloads

Perform nesting operations to optimize material usage and reduce waste

Prioritize tasks to maximize efficiency across the production floor

Handle daily paperwork related to production and part tracking
-
Communicate effectively with machine and CNC operators
-
Inspect and verify parts to ensure quality and accuracy
-
Relay cut lists and production instructions to appropriate personnel
-
Provide real-time updates and relay necessary information to team members
-
Support ongoing product development initiatives as needed
Qualifications:
-
Experience with SigmaNEST or similar nesting software preferred

Familiarity with nesting processes and production planning
-
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
-
Attention to detail and ability to spot errors or inconsistencies

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
