Hours: M-F, 8A-5P
Pay: $14-15/Hour DOE
Benefits: 3 paid holiday's per year, 1 weeks vacation after 1 year, NO medical/dental/vision insurance is offered at this time
Busy Texarkana company is seeking a detail-oriented and professional Administrative Assistant to join their team. The ideal candidate will have exceptional phone etiquette, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment. This role will primarily involve heavy phone calls, assisting with invoicing and purchasing, and interacting with a variety of professionals, including physicians, biomedical repair personnel, and government purchasing departments. Additionally, this position will include some responsibilities related to our property management companies.
Key responsibilities include:
- Phone Management: Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism, ensuring excellent customer service.
- Invoicing & Purchasing Support: Assist in preparing invoices, tracking payments, and processing purchase orders.
- Vendor & Client Interaction: Communicate effectively with physicians, biomedical repair personnel, purchasing departments (including government agencies), and vendors.
- Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate records, organize files, and provide general office support as needed.
- Property Management Support: Assist with administrative tasks related to property management, including tenant communication and document management as needed.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Help coordinate appointments, service calls, and procurement activities.
- Problem-Solving: Proactively resolve inquiries and administrative issues as they arise.
- Cash / Money-handling experience a plus
- QuickBooks experience a plus
