Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Position Overview:
We are currently hiring a Warehouseman/Shear Operator to join our team in Texarkana, TX. This is a full-time, hands-on position operating a metal hydraulic shear and handling general warehouse duties. The ideal candidate will be dependable, safety-minded, and comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Operate a metal hydraulic shear to cut steel and metal components to specified lengths

Safely operate a forklift to load, unload, and move materials

Accurately read a tape measure and follow cut lists or work orders

Perform general warehouse tasks including organizing material, staging jobs, and maintaining cleanliness

Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
Requirements:

Previous experience with metal shears or in a metal warehouse setting is preferred

Forklift experience required

Must be able to read a tape measure accurately

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

Strong work ethic and attention to detail

Reliable transportation and good attendance record
