Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Tire Repair Technician to join our team in Texarkana, TX. This position involves repairing and servicing off-road tires using specialized tools and equipment. The ideal candidate should have strong mechanical aptitude, be comfortable working with heavy machinery, and maintain a strong focus on safety and efficiency.
Responsibilities

Inspect and repair off-road tires, including patching, plugging, and replacing as needed

Operate hoists, cranes, and other heavy equipment to move and position tires safely

Perform tire mounting, balancing, and dismounting on large equipment

Conduct quality checks to ensure all tires meet safety and performance standards

Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work area

Follow all safety protocols and company procedures

Assist with inventory and tracking of tire-related parts and supplies
Requirements

Previous tire repair or related mechanical experience preferred (will train the right candidate)

Ability to operate hoists, cranes, and heavy shop equipment

Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

Physically able to lift, move, and work with heavy tires

Dependable and able to work Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
