Executive Vice President – Sales Manager for New Markets
Location: Texarkana, AR
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: $150,000–$175,000 per year

Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Executive Vice President – Sales Manager for New Markets to lead the development and expansion of a high-performing team of independent sales representatives (1099s). This role is responsible for recruiting, onboarding, training, coaching, and managing sales reps to achieve activity and revenue goals that align with overall growth strategies.
The EVP – Sales Manager will oversee consistent execution of the sales process, ensure accountability, and serve as the critical link between leadership and the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruiting & Onboarding
- Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified independent sales candidates.
- Conduct interviews, assess cultural fit, and recommend hires.
- Lead structured onboarding to drive early productivity and engagement.
Training & Development
- Deliver initial and ongoing training on products, tools, and processes.
- Build and maintain a sales playbook with evolving best practices.
- Support continuous learning in sales techniques, compliance, and product knowledge.
Sales Management & Coaching
- Establish clear performance expectations for activity and results.
- Track performance through CRM and reporting tools.
- Provide consistent one-on-one coaching and group development sessions.
- Address underperformance quickly with constructive solutions.
Production Oversight
- Monitor KPIs including calls, meetings, closed sales, and revenue.
- Forecast pipeline and provide accurate sales reporting.
- Implement contests, campaigns, and incentive programs to drive results.
Culture & Communication
- Foster a competitive yet collaborative and positive sales environment.
- Ensure alignment with company mission, values, and client experience standards.
- Serve as the main communication channel between leadership and the sales force.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of sales experience, with proven success in leadership and sales management.
- Strong understanding of SaaS sales and processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to lead with integrity, accountability, and professionalism.
- Strong communication and motivational skills to inspire team success.
