Director of Client Success
Location: Texarkana, AR
Salary Range: $60,000 – $80,000
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, on-site (not remote)

We are seeking a Director of Client Success to lead a growing team and ensure long-term client satisfaction, retention, and profitability. This role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to manage up to 20 employees, and a proven track record in building client relationships and driving results.

Position Summary:
The Director of Client Success is responsible for overseeing client service delivery systems, ensuring client expectations are consistently met or exceeded, and supporting the company’s overall financial objectives. This leader will design and implement processes, train and mentor team members, and foster strong, lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gain in-depth knowledge of all products and services, including updates and new features, to better guide and support the Client Success team.
  • Develop, implement, and refine procedures that ensure a high-quality client experience.
  • Lead, mentor, and oversee training and development for up to 20 employees.
  • Set clear goals, objectives, and performance metrics for the client success team.
  • Monitor client renewal processes and ensure they are executed effectively.
  • Maintain updated processes, ensuring consistency and compliance.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to provide mentorship and support.
  • Enhance team members’ relationship-building skills with clients.
  • Adjust staffing or processes as needed to drive growth and improve outcomes.
  • Coordinate consistent communication updates to clients regarding product progress and changes.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients.
  • Recommend training, development, and process improvements to senior leadership.
  • Establish and maintain service levels and performance standards within the department.
  • Oversee training and quality assurance programs for both new and existing employees.
  • Recommend technology and policy updates to improve client success and retention.
  • Demonstrate a strong background in sales and client engagement.
