Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled HVAC & Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team at a local hotel in the Texarkana, TX/AR area. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in HVAC and general facilities maintenance. HVAC certification is preferred. This full-time day-shift position offers competitive pay and benefits after 90 days.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on HVAC systems.

Conduct general facilities maintenance, including drywall repairs, electrical work, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and flooring.

Inspect and maintain HVAC equipment, including air handlers, compressors, chillers, and ductwork.

Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed.

Follow safety protocols and company procedures.

Assist with other hotel maintenance tasks as needed.

Communicate with management regarding system status, repair needs, and completed work.
Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC and general facilities maintenance.

HVAC certification preferred.

Skilled in drywall, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and flooring.

Strong problem-solving and mechanical skills.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.

High school diploma or equivalent.
