Job Description:
A local steel manufacturer in Leary, TX is seeking a dependable and experienced Welder to join their team. The ideal candidate will have previous welding experience and must be able to pass a welding test prior to hire. This is a full-time, day shift position offering competitive pay and a full benefits package.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform MIG/Stick/Flux-Core welding based on project requirements

Read and interpret blueprints, measurements, and fabrication drawings

Fabricate, assemble, and repair metal components to precise specifications

Inspect welds for strength, quality, and accuracy

Operate fabrication tools such as grinders, torches, and cutting equipment
-
Maintain a clean and safe work environment following company safety policies
Qualifications:

Previous welding experience required

Must be able to pass a welding test

Ability to read a tape measure and follow instructions accurately

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Reliable, hardworking, and able to work as part of a team
