Position: Temporary Administrative Human Resource Assistant
Location: Foreman, Arkansas
Duration: 2–3 months
Schedule: 3 days per week, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
About the Role: We’re looking for a detail-oriented and organized Temp Admin Human Resource Assistant to support our HR team during a busy period. This role is hands-on and fast-paced, perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys helping keep HR operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
• Attend and act as a witness during union meetings with HR; take accurate notes.
• Document union meeting notes and ensure proper filing.
• Administer maintenance testing, including grading, documentation, and reporting.
• Assist with new policy rollout: manage filing of acknowledgements for FMN, Sapphire, and terminals.
• Scan documents to support the goal of moving toward a paperless HR system.
• Send reminders for open enrollment and assist employees with related questions.
• Coordinate “Lunch & Learn” sessions: order meals, prep, serve, and clean up.
• Support plant events and holiday activities with planning and on-site assistance.
• Assist with community events: scheduling, planning, communications, and attending as needed.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate logistics as requested by HR.
Qualifications:
• Prior administrative or HR support experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Comfortable with scanning, filing, and document management.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
