Position: Front Desk / Customer Service Rep
Location: Wake Village, TX
Hours: Mon 7:45a-1:45p (no lunch break) Tue-Fri 7:45a-5:15p
Pay: $15-16/HR, doe
We are seeking a reliable and professional Front Desk / Customer Service Representative to join our team. This position plays a key role in ensuring excellent customer service, smooth office operations, and supporting sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will be comfortable handling a mix of administrative tasks, customer communication, and any other job duties as assigned.
Responsibilities

Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person/department

Take and process customer orders accurately

File and maintain office records and documentation

Perform outbound cold calls to generate new business opportunities and follow up with existing customers

Calculate and provide pricing information to customers as needed
-
Contact customers regarding past-due invoices in a professional and courteous manner
- Help out with inventory counts as needed
- Proofread PDF's and bags
- Provide excellent customer service, helping take care of customer complaints and filling out complaint forms as needed

Support general office operations and assist team members as required
Qualifications
-
Previous experience in customer service, administrative support, or front desk operations REQUIRED

Strong phone etiquette and excellent verbal/written communication skills

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment

Comfortable making cold calls and following up with customers

Proficient with basic computer applications (Microsoft Office, email, order entry systems, etc.)

Physically able to walk up stairs multiple times per day
