Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Water Truck Operator to join a plant-based operation in Ashdown, AR. This role is responsible for operating a water truck to control dust and maintain safe working conditions throughout the facility. When not operating the water truck, the associate will assist with general plant cleanup and spraying designated sections of the belt line.
This is a full-time, day-shift opportunity with consistent hours and full benefits.
Key Responsibilities

Safely operate a water truck within a plant environment

Spray designated areas to control dust and maintain safety standards

Assist with cleaning and maintaining the plant as needed

Spray sections of the belt line per operational requirements

Perform daily equipment inspections and basic preventive maintenance

Follow all safety, environmental, and company policies

Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
Qualifications

Previous experience operating a water truck or similar equipment preferred

Valid driver’s license required

Ability to work in an industrial/plant environment

Strong attention to safety and detail

Ability to perform physical tasks, including cleaning and general labor
