Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team in Atlanta, TX. This position is ideal for a dependable, hands-on professional with strong experience in welding and electrical work. You'll be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment and systems within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial equipment and machinery

Troubleshoot electrical issues and repair or replace wiring, components, and systems

Weld and fabricate parts as needed for equipment repair or modification

Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals

Ensure all work is performed safely and efficiently, following company safety protocols

Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and work completed

Collaborate with production and engineering teams to minimize downtime
Requirements:

Proven experience in industrial maintenance

Strong knowledge of electrical systems and welding techniques

Ability to diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues

Comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial environment

High school diploma or GED required; technical certifications a plus

Must be dependable and self-motivated
