Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the truck and trailer, documenting findings and reporting maintenance issues promptly.

Plan and follow efficient delivery routes while maintaining on-time deliveries and adhering to all federal, state, and local traffic laws.

Communicate regularly with dispatchers, customers, and warehouse staff regarding load information, delivery schedules, and any potential delays.

Accurately complete logbooks, inspection reports, and delivery documentation as required by DOT and company policy.

Operate any required equipment safely (e.g., forklifts, cranes, or winches) for loading and unloading, when trained and authorized.
