Title: Shipping Manager
Pay: $24–27/hour DOE
Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:00am – 5:00pm

Overview:
We are seeking a dependable and experienced Shipping Manager to oversee daily shipping operations in a fast-paced, climate-controlled environment. This individual will be responsible for coordinating shipments, managing staff, and ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all outbound logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all shipping activities, including scheduling and dispatching outbound shipments
- Lead, train, and manage shipping personnel to ensure productivity and accountability
- Verify accuracy of orders, shipping documents, and inventory prior to shipment
- Coordinate with production, inventory, and customer service teams to meet deadlines
- Maintain shipping logs, records, and reports for tracking and compliance purposes
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and shipping procedures
- Troubleshoot shipping issues and implement process improvements
- Oversee loading/unloading of materials and ensure proper handling of goods
- Monitor inventory levels related to shipping supplies and coordinate reorders as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in shipping, logistics, or warehouse management required
- Prior supervisory or management experience preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Experience with shipping software, inventory systems, and general computer use
- Knowledge of freight, LTL, and parcel shipping processes
- Ability to lead a team and work in a fast-paced environment
- Forklift experience is a plus
