Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Front End Loader Operator for a manufacturing facility in Hope, AR. This is a day shift position for someone with equipment experience who can work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Operate a front end loader in a safe and efficient manner
- Load, move, and transport raw materials or finished materials throughout the facility
- Supply production areas with needed materials
- Inspect equipment before and after use to ensure proper operation
- Perform basic routine maintenance and report mechanical issues promptly
- Keep work areas clean and organized
- Follow all company safety procedures and operating guidelines
- Assist with other general labor or production duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous front end loader or heavy equipment experience preferred
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment
- Strong attention to safety and detail
- Ability to follow directions and work independently
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts and perform physical job duties as needed
