Position: Branch Manager
Location: Hope, AR
Hours: Full time, must be willing to work overtime and participate in community events when needed!
Pay: $55,000 Annually starting out

We are seeking a professional and motivated Branch Manager to lead daily operations for a financial branch. The ideal candidate will have previous banking or financial industry experience, strong leadership abilities, and a passion for providing excellent customer service while building relationships within the community.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily branch operations and ensure efficient workflow
- Lead, coach, and support branch staff to meet performance goals
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist members with financial needs
- Ensure compliance with company policies, banking regulations, and security procedures
- Handle escalated member concerns and resolve issues professionally
- Monitor branch performance, productivity, and sales goals
- Assist with opening new accounts, loans, and other financial products/services
- Maintain accurate records and reporting
- Participate in community events, networking opportunities, and local outreach efforts to promote the credit union
- Support team coverage and work overtime when needed
Qualifications
- Previous banking, credit union, or financial industry experience preferred
- Prior management or supervisory experience is a plus
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Proficient with computers and financial software systems
- Dependable, professional, and team-oriented
- Willingness to work overtime as needed and represent the organization at community events
