Position: Office Administrator
Location: Texarkana, TX
Hours: Starting out will be Part Time 4 Hours a day but could go to Full Time
Pay: $14-15/HR, DOE
This position is responsible for handling a variety of office and administrative duties that help keep our daily operations running smoothly. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, excellent attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers in a professional manner
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Create and process invoices accurately
- Accept and process customer payments
- Maintain organized records and filing systems
- Make bank deposits and bank runs as needed
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating appointments
- Manage office correspondence and communications
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Perform data entry and other clerical duties
- Support shop operations with administrative tasks as needed
- Complete additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Friendly and professional customer service skills
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to learn new software
- Reliable transportation
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous office experience is a plus but not required
