Position: Licensed Commercial Insurance Customer Service Rep
Location: Texarkana, TX
Hours: M-F 8-5
Pay: $17/hr DOE
Busy Texarkana Insurance Agent is seeking a Full Time Licensed Commercial Insurance Customer Service Representative. This person must have a current Arkansas or Texas Commercial License. Duties will include Reviews, gather missing information, and complete and/or initiates applications. Markets with carriers and/or brokers and rates online submissions for producers. Sets up client in systems, orders and binds policies, receives policies, and verifies accuracy. Documents all correspondence and transactions in agency systems quote.
- Good sense of detail
- Accounting, banking or finance experience or 2 years of college with business or good business sense is preferred.
- Able to meet daily deadlines and enjoy multitasking
- Able to learn commercial insurance eventually to back up team members when there are emergencies.
