Express Employment Professionals is urgently hiring for a Maintenance Technician in the Chula Vista area!
Duties:
Identify repair needs, asses the repair and advise management on best course of action.
- Work with management in planning of expansion needs as per preparation for new equipment.
- Assess and suggest superior equipment setup with flow of materials a predominant consideration.
- Anticipate future equipment needs and communicate to Owner and Production Manager in a timely manner.
- Prioritize troubleshooting of problem equipment so that machines run at optimum capacity.
- Communicate with employees to help identify areas that could use improvement.
- Report procedural deviations and non-conformances to Quality Assurance Manager.
- Help in all areas of production as time permits or as necessary.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of previous experience with machine maintenance
- Bilingual (Spanish/English)
- Experience with troubleshooting equipment
