Job Full Description
Express Employment Professionals is urgently hiring for an Outside/Inside sales representative in the Chula Vista area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and identify new business opportunities within assigned territories.
- Visit apartment communities and property management offices to introduce services.
- Measure units for flooring and carpet installation projects.
- Prepare and send professional proposals to clients.
- Maintain organized customer and property files.
- Follow up with clients via phone and email regarding proposals and services.
- Schedule appointments to become approved vendors with property management companies.
- Coordinate and schedule in-house appointments for senior sales representatives.
- Assist with general sales support tasks as the company continues to grow.
Qualifications:
- Prior sales experience preferred — training will be provided.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Charismatic personality with excellent customer service skills.
- Must be Billingual (English & Spanish)
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Outlook, and Word).
