Job Full Description
Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Production Assistant needed by a cheese manufacturer and distributor in Hawthorne.
The Assistant Cheesemaker will assist with the operation of the cheese stretching machine including its cleaning and sanitizing. Process entails the following: take the cheese, place it on the draining metal sheet panels, cut the cheese into slices, and place the cheese into the industrial mixer to stretch.
Additional responsibilities include helping with the packaging line by placing the cheese into containers, boxing the containers, and building the pallets. Training will be provided.
Hours: 6:00am - 2:00pm M-F
