As a Carpenter, you will play a critical role in shaping spaces with your expertise in framing, finishing, and custom carpentry. Key Responsibilities:

Framing and Installation: Measure, cut, and install wood structures, including walls, floors, roofs, and frames, ensuring all alignments and measurements are accurate.

Custom Woodworking: Install and build custom cabinetry, doors, windows, and furniture based on client specifications and project needs.

Blueprint and Plan Interpretation: Review and interpret architectural plans to ensure all aspects of the project are completed to specification.

Surface Preparation and Finishing: Sand, stain, and finish wood surfaces to ensure smooth, polished, and long-lasting results.

Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety standards and protocols while operating tools, machinery, and working on job sites.
Skills and Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in carpentry, including framing, finishing, or specialized woodwork (custom cabinetry or furniture).

Education: High school diploma or GED required; vocational training or apprenticeship in carpentry preferred.

Tool Proficiency: Skilled in using hand and power tools, including saws, drills, hammers, and sanders.

Attention to Detail: Ability to work with precision and accuracy, ensuring the highest quality in every project.

Physical Stamina: Able to work long hours, lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs.), and perform physically demanding tasks.

Safety Knowledge: Strong understanding of safety protocols and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to address challenges during construction, including adjusting to unexpected conditions or changes in plans.
