Job Full Description
Fairfield client is seeking skilled and enthusiastic Welders proficient in MIG, TIG, and Stick welding techniques. The ideal candidate should possess a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a genuine willingness to learn and grow within the role. As a Welder, you will be responsible for performing welding operations, ensuring the quality and accuracy of welded components, and adhering to safety guidelines.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Welder, with proficiency in MIG, TIG, and Stick welding techniques.
Strong knowledge of welding equipment setup and operation.
Ability to select and use appropriate welding materials, techniques, and settings.
Detail-oriented with a focus on producing high-quality welds.
Good physical dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot welding issues.
Excellent time management skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude, self-motivated, and willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques.
Knowledge of safety protocols and ability to follow safety guidelines.
