Role Purpose:
|
|
|
Stuffer 1 is to provide high quality products to the production line that will meet or exceed the customers’ requirements for flavor, taste and appearance. Each stuffed olive reflects the top shelf quality that the company is known for. Stuffers make each individual olive an extraordinary treat for the person who bites into one.
|
|
|
Major Role & Responsibilities (MR’s) and Output and Measurement
|
|
1. Maintain Attendance in accordance with the companies attendance policy
2. Adhere to all GMP practices including PPE, Good Hygiene, Food Safety and Housekeeping standards
3. Achieve greater than 92% performance targets for pounds stuffed per hour, per shift.
4. Maintain performance to quality standards while monitoring for soft, mushy or broken olives.
5. Complete 100% of required Alchemy trainings (Personal Safety and Food Safety Training).
6. It is company policy that all personnel be able to affect product quality, safety and/or legality are competent and trained to ensure they can effectively carry out their role. Responsibilities and authorities of all personnel are communicated to them via induction and role training.

Able to follow verbal and written instructions on work activities within the scope of the job description.
Have great manual dexterity to sort product by size and shape.
Have great eye/hand coordination.
Education: High School or GED Equivalent is preferred.

Work Environment:
- The work environment is a food manufacturer. The Olive Stuffer may experience a wide range of ambient temperatures and humidity.
- It is also likely that the Olive Stuffer may be exposed to strong odors and fumes from hot peppers and other flavorful products processed within the facility.
- The position requires lengthy periods of standing
Pay is $19.88/hr. plus potential monthly bonus of up to 10%
