Job Full Description

• Operate and control pumps, valves, motors, gates, and chemical feed systems to regulate flows and treatment processes
• Monitor system performance via control panels, meters, gauges, and adjust settings to maintain proper flow, pressure, and chemical dosing
• Collect and analyze samples (water, sludge, effluent), perform routine lab tests, and document results for quality control and regulatory compliance
• Conduct preventive maintenance and repairs on equipment such as pumps, valves, motors, instrumentation, and piping systems
• Maintain logs and reports of operations, instrument readings, chemical usage, and treatment metrics for internal and external audits
• Manage sludge and biosolid handling, including hauling, disposal, and compliance with regulations where applicable
• Follow safety and environmental protocols, including proper handling of chemicals, confined-space entry, and emergency response procedures
