Monday - Friday OT Included
Wine Distribution company in Fairfield seeking reliable candidates who will be responsible for operating powered industrial trucks to safely move, load, unload, and stack materials in warehouses, factories, or construction sites. This role is essential for maintaining efficient logistics and inventory flow.
MUST HAVE WINE DISTRIBUTION EXPERIENCE AND BENDI LIFT EXPERIENCE IS PREFERRED!
Key Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and other lifting equipment to transport goods
- Load and unload materials from pallets, skids, and vehicles
- Stack and organize products in designated storage areas
- Perform routine equipment checks and maintenance
- Follow safety protocols and company procedures
- Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification/license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Basic knowledge of inventory systems and warehouse operations
- Good communication and teamwork skills
