Delivery Driver – Local Routes
Start Date: 10/22/2025
Pay Rate: $18.50/hour
Schedule: Monday–Saturday (some routes start as early as 4:00 AM)
Overtime: Available but not expected
Position Overview:
We are seeking reliable Delivery Drivers to handle local routes using company-provided vehicles (Mercedes Sprinter, Metris, or Ford Transit vans). This role includes delivering products to various retail locations, merchandising, loading/unloading, and completing end-of-day paperwork.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform local deliveries and merchandising

Load and unload vehicles (boxes weigh approx. 15–20 lbs; must be able to lift up to 50 lbs)

Break down boxes and organize delivery paperwork daily

Interact professionally with store staff and receivers

Maintain delivery equipment (e.g., hand trucks)
Requirements:

Valid driver’s license (Class C is acceptable)

Clean driving record (5 years preferred)

Background check and drug screen preferred (not disqualifying)

Ability to work independently after training

Common sense, attention to detail, and strong work ethic
Work Environment:

Casual dress (plain T-shirt, pants, non-slip shoes)

Training provided; new hires will shadow a seasoned driver before working solo

Routes are local and consistent by day of the week, though stops may vary
