Job Full Description

Delivery Duties:

• Safely operate company vehicles (refrigerated trucks) to deliver frozen or chilled products to customers.

• Load and unload products using pallet jacks, forklifts, or manual handling as needed.

• Verify delivery information and obtain signatures and documentation upon drop-off.

• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles.

• Maintain cleanliness and general upkeep of delivery vehicle.

• Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety procedures.

Warehouse Duties:

• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory into cold storage units.

• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.

• Maintain accurate inventory records through manual counts or warehouse management systems (WMS).

• Monitor and report temperature fluctuations or equipment issues.

• Ensure cleanliness and organization of cold storage and loading areas.

• Follow all safety guidelines and wear appropriate PPE (personal protective equipment).       

  • Valid driver’s license; clean driving record.

  • CDL (Commercial Driver’s License) a plus but not required.

  • 1+ years of delivery driving or warehouse experience preferred.

  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in cold/freezer environments (0°F to 40°F).

  • Forklift certification is a plus.

  • Strong time-management and customer service skills.

  • Comfortable using mobile apps, GPS, and basic warehouse software.
