Oversee and implement the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), HACCP, SQF, FSMA, or relevant food safety standards.

Perform internal audits, supplier audits, and third-party audits to validate compliance.

Review and approve raw material specifications, incoming inspection, and supplier quality records.

Conduct in-process and finished product sampling, testing, and inspections.

Investigate customer complaints, nonconformances, deviations, and root cause analysis; lead corrective actions (CAPA).

Monitor and track key quality metrics (yield, rework, rejects, deviations) and prepare reports.

Serve as liaison with regulatory agencies, customers, and auditors.

Train production staff on quality standards, procedures, and best practices.

Support continuous improvement initiatives related to quality, process optimization, reduction of waste, etc.
