We are seeking a skilled and reliable individual to perform a variety of general maintenance and improvement tasks in Rio Vista, CA. This role involves:
• Interior and Exterior Painting: Preparing surfaces, applying primer and paint, and ensuring a clean, professional finish.
• Window Treatment Installation: Measuring, mounting, and securing blinds, shades, or curtains to enhance privacy and aesthetics.
• Ground Preparation and Gravel Installation: Clearing and leveling outdoor areas, laying weed barriers, and spreading gravel for landscaping or functional use.
