Production Associate – Labeling & Packaging
Location: Sonoma, CA

About the Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Production Associate to join our labeling and packaging team. In this role, you’ll ensure that every bottle leaving our facility meets our quality, branding, and safety standards. Key Responsibilities

Label Application: Carefully apply labels to bottles, ensuring proper alignment, readability, and compliance with branding guidelines.

Quality Inspection: Examine labels for defects such as smudges, misprints, wrinkles, or misalignment, and re-label products when necessary.

Packaging: Prepare labeled bottles for shipment by boxing them securely to prevent damage during transport.

Storage & Organization: Place finished products in the correct warehouse section, following inventory and safety procedures.
Qualifications

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Ability to work efficiently in a production or warehouse environment

Basic understanding of packaging or labeling processes (preferred but not required)

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights as needed
