Job Title: Warehouse Specialist
Employment Type: Full-Time
Pay: $20.00 – $22.00 per hour
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have warehouse experience, knowledge of roofing or electrical materials is a plus, and must be bilingual in Spanish.
Responsibilities:

Prepare and ship materials from the warehouse and coordinate deliveries

Receive materials shipped to the warehouse by vendors
-
Conduct physical inventories to verify stock levels and identify discrepancies
-
Load and unload delivery trucks (receiving stock and fulfilling orders)

Maintain manual and electronic documents, files, and records (purchase orders, receipts, delivery logs, inventory, etc.)

Operate warehouse equipment as needed (hand truck, pallet jack, forklift, etc.)

Research order discrepancies and ensure incorrect deliveries or damaged materials are returned promptly

Assist with delivery status, invoices, billing, and related tasks as needed

Maintain an organized and clean warehouse environment
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent

Warehouse and/or purchasing experience (receiving, stocking, storing)

Ability to maintain a safe and clean work environment

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Excellent customer service skills
-
Strong attention to detail and process compliance
-
Forklift certification required
-
Strong computer skills
-
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Ability to pass a pre-employment criminal background check and drug test
