Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and execute seasonal menus designed to pair with winery wines

Maintain consistent food quality, presentation, and portion standards

Collaborate with winery management and tasting room staff to support events, tastings, and private functions

Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health regulations

Manage prep, service flow, and kitchen organization during service hours and special events

Monitor product freshness, inventory levels, and minimize food waste

Maintain a clean, safe, and professional kitchen environment
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a chef or cook in a winery, restaurant, catering, or hospitality setting
