Schedule: Weekends (Friday–Sunday, as needed)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative High-End Chef to work part-time on weekends. The ideal candidate has experience in fine dining or upscale private dining and is passionate about delivering exceptional culinary experiences. This role requires precision, artistry, and a strong understanding of premium ingredients, presentation, and service standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and execute high-quality, upscale dishes with consistency and attention to detail

Design and follow refined menus tailored to guest preferences and seasonal ingredients

Maintain exceptional food presentation and plating standards

Ensure all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations are strictly followed

Manage kitchen organization, cleanliness, and workflow during service

Collaborate with service staff to ensure a seamless dining experience

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a chef in fine dining, luxury hospitality, or private chef settings
