The Production Clerk supports daily manufacturing operations through production documentation, cost tracking, system data entry, and cross-functional communication to ensure efficient workflow and accurate reporting.

Maintain accurate daily production records, work orders, and documentation

Monitor production output, material usage, and downtime tracking

Assist with production cost tracking, material variances, and operational data reporting

Compile and organize data for cost analysis and performance review

Enter and process production transactions, inventory movements, and work orders in SAP and/or WMS systems

Reconcile system data to support inventory accuracy

Prepare reports, production paperwork, and general administrative documentation

Manage professional email communication with the Sales team regarding order status and production updates

Complete Quality Assurance (QA) to ensure compliance with documentation and production standards

Maintain organized digital and physical production records

Support inventory and material coordination within the production and warehouse areas

Operate a forklift when needed (experience is a plus)

Use Excel for data entry, tracking, and basic reporting
