Job Title: Bilingual Forklift Driver – 2nd Shift (Concrete Slab Operations)
Shift: 2nd Shift
Position Type: Full-Time
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Bilingual Forklift Driver to support 2nd shift operations in a concrete slab production environment. The ideal candidate will have experience operating forklifts in an industrial or construction setting and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, outdoor/warehouse environment. This role is responsible for safely transporting concrete materials, staging finished slabs, and assisting with loading and unloading shipments.
Key Responsibilities:

Operate sit-down and/or rough terrain forklifts to move concrete slabs and raw materials throughout the yard or warehouse.

Load and unload trucks with finished concrete products using proper rigging and securing procedures.

Stage materials for production and shipping according to daily work orders.

Perform daily forklift inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns.

Maintain clean and organized work areas in compliance with company safety standards.

Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members in both English and Spanish.

Follow all OSHA and company safety guidelines at all times.
Qualifications:

Previous forklift experience required (construction or concrete experience preferred).

Ability to safely handle heavy, oversized concrete slabs.

Must be able to communicate effectively in English and Spanish

Ability to work in outdoor conditions and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
